heirloom radishes, anchovy butter, sea salt

Appetizer

rock shrimp cake, buttered cabbage, preserved lemons, celery root remoulade, sherry glaze

Entree

grilled pork chop, cheddar beet gratin, braised greens, lardons & Sonoma mustard sauce

Dessert

butterscotch pot de crème, almond lace cookie

enjoy two glasses of house wine, included with the dinner

Seating for this dinner will be at communal tables.  

We will require proof of vaccinations and booster shot (if eligible)
